- By Tram: Catch the G: link Tram from Broadbeach south station to the Cavill Avenue Station, then walk 100 metres to the vessel.
- By Car: Book a car or Taxi and reach easily from the city centre of Gold Coast which is located at a distance of 4.5 km from the meeting point.
- Parking Location: Bruce Bishop Car Park – located at Surfers Paradise Transit centre. Only 50 metres walk to the booking office.

- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- The package offers a fixed dated ticket which implies that the ticket can only be redeemed on the date that you've booked the ticket, it won't be carried forward to next or any other day.
- Ferry and all piers are wheelchair accessible and equipped with ramps and wheelchair friendly areas.
- Prams, bicycles, surfboards and other sports equipment are welcome to be taken on board.
- Bookings are not required and seats on the ferry are granted on a first-come first-served basis. We recommend arriving early to avoid disappointment.

- Infants between the age of 0-2 years can avail the package completely free of cost. Children below the age of 3 to 13 years of age will have to pay child prices. Individuals above the age of 13 years will be considered adults and will have to pay adult prices. Individuals below the age of 18 years will have to be accompanied by paying adults above the age of 18 years.
