Sagargad Trek Alibaug Overview

Trekking Location: Sagargad Fort

Pickup time: 5:30 AM.
Drop time: 11 PM. 
Start Point: Pritam Da Dhaba, Dadar, Mumbai
End Point: Dadar, Mumbai

Sagargad fort is located at the height of 1357 Ft above sea level. This hill fort commands a steering view of the entire Alibaug region. It’s a beautiful fort near the sea. Sagargad is a blissful trekking destination that offers a panoramic view of the Arabian Sea from the top. From Khandale village, a few hours of ascending across various waterfalls will take you to the summit. As you reach this gigantic plateau and spend awesome time up there, you’ll enjoy the moment as it’s quite breezy during monsoons. Both beginners and avid trekkers would love the hike, as it’s picturesque and mesmeric. 

During Sagargad Trek in Alibaug, you will be starting your journey early in the morning from Pritam Da Dhaba, Dadar. Before reaching the base camp you will also be seeing the Chembur Diamond garden as well as the Vashi Plaza. Breakfast will be served at 9:30 AM as you reach the Khandale village.

Sagargad Trek will start as soon as you finish breakfast as it’s a 3 hours trek. Bring some snacks or packed food along with you as lunch is not provided on this tour. Your return journey to Mumbai will start till 6:30 PM serving you the evening tea en-route and dropping you off at the starting point till 11 PM.

Sagargad Trek in Alibaug Package Offers:

Child Policy: This is a medium-hard trek so it is advised to restrict bringing children below 12 years of age. For children above 12 years of age, an adult variant has to be booked.

How To Reach: The start point in Mumbai is motorable and can be reached by car or a Taxi.

  • Day 1 - Sagargad Trek Day

    05:30 AM - Meeting at Pritam Da Dhaba, Dadar (East).

    05:45 AM - Leave for Sagargad Trek.

    06:00 AM - Chembur Diamond Garden.

    06:30 AM - Vashi below the main bridge near Vashi Plaza.

    09.30 AM - Reach Khandale village get Refreshed and Breakfast.

    01:00 PM - Reach the Top & Explore the Fort & enjoy the beauty of nature.

    02.00 PM - Start down trek.

    05.00 PM - Reach the base. Have Lunch & get refreshed.

    06.30 PM - Start return journey to Mumbai by bus.

    11.00 PM - Reach Mumbai.
