Know Before You Go for Paradox Museum Mumbai
- The museum operates from 11 AM to 8 PM on weekdays and 11 AM to 8:30 PM on weekends.
- Ticket rescheduling is subject to availability.
- Children under 10 should be accompanied by an adult.
- It is recommended to arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time.
- The tickets grant entry into the museum for 1 hour.
- Snacks and drinks are available for purchase from the in-house café; however, food or drinks are not allowed inside the museum space.
- Please exercise caution and follow all safety guidelines.
- The Zero Gravity Room is only allowed for kids under 18 years of age.
- Paradox Tunnel may not be suitable for guests with certain health conditions - please consult Paradox Museum Mumbai's T&Cs for more information.
- ID Proof is mandatory for each individual guest upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered a valid identity proof.
- The Paradox Museum Mumbai does not have a reserved parking space, however there are several parking spaces within a short walk from the venue.
- Some exhibits may not be suitable for pregnant guests, senior citizens, individuals who have recently undergone surgery, those with back/neck issues, epilepsy, high blood pressure, or claustrophobia.
