The Desert Camp is settled in the depth of Jaisalmer's golden sand dunes and places its position in the Jaisalmer conservation reserve. It is also helping in the conservation of desert life at one end whereas showcasing pure and colorful Rajasthani culture to its guests on the other. The guests are welcomed with warmth and love and their various requirements are well taken care of within the campsite.

About the activity:
You need to reach Sam village which is around 20 km from Jaisalmer. Ample parking space is available outside the campsite to park your vehicles safely. A traditional welcome with 'Aarti' and 'Tika' is waiting for you at the entrance. You will be then taken for a camel safari in the great Thar Desert to relish your evening and watching the sunset while clicking cool pictures. Post safari, sumptuous buffet dinner is waiting for you with bonfire, music, dance, and stargazing in between. Slip into your comfortable tents post-dinner and wake up the next morning for a healthy breakfast. Wrap up your journey and move to Jaisalmer after breakfast.
Note- Special dates for this tour are Diwali (23 Oct to 10 Nov), New year (20 Dec to 30 Dec) and 31st Dec.

How to reach:

The campsite is located in Sam which is 40 km from Jaisalmer, you can easily reach here by public or private transport. The exact location will be disclosed after the booking for the package is confirmed.

  • Day 1 - Day 1: Arrival | Safari | Dinner and Campfire

    Traditional greeting with Tika, Arti and non- alcoholic beverage on arrival.

    Get ready for a camel safari in the evening. (2 people per camel)

    Veg refreshments after the safari.

    Bonfire with cultural folk music and dance.

    Veg. buffet dinner for your appetite.

    Slip into the comfortable tents and take a deep sleep.

  • Day 2 - Day 2: Breakfast | Departure

    Rise in beautiful sunrise in your tents.

    Enjoy the tasty breakfast.

    Depart to Jaisalmer.

    Amazing stay...the staff was very courteous..provided Jain food the way we wanted..the tents were cozy...even provided with additional heaters and extra blankets as it was chilling cold..at your service staff... Very cooperative..the manager Shakti singhji.. Very polite..and adhered to all our needs...the restaurant staff was also very cooperative..Located just near the dunes (perfect location),the camps are clean and provides u great hospitality.The manager shaktisinghji was very helpful and will guide u throughout your stay.The camps provides u almost every facilities from good food to desert safari,jeep safari,camel safari and tent stay. when i say stay was great(i mean it :))Overall experience was awesome.I'll recommend dis camps to every couple and families:). You wont regret,just be there:)
