Jaisalmer Sand Dunes Camp Itinerary:

Day 1: Padharo Saa! Arrival at the Camp

Arrival at 4 PM with the welcoming ceremony of Tikka Dastoor with a non-alcoholic beverage.
Camel safari in the desert till sunset point. Post camel safari, refreshments will be served at the campsite.
Amazing bonfire and experience of the local culture like folk dance and music, service bar, and DJ party.
Rest in comfortable tented accommodations with attached washrooms and running hot/cold water facility.

Day 2: End of Experience

Wake up and enjoy the shade of morning sunshine.
Enjoy the delicious breakfast, check out at 10am, and depart to Jaisalmer.

Know Before You Go for Camping in Jaisalmer with Jeep Safari

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out time is at 10:00 AM.
The meeting location will be shared well in advance from the day of your activity.
Please note that each camel offers a comfortable shared ride, ideal for two guests to enjoy the desert journey together.
For safety purposes, camel and jeep safari is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant, visitors aged below 3 years, anyone that has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
Vegetarian food will be provided.
For children below 6 years of age, they are required to share a camel with an adult and sit as a pillion rider on the same camel. This ensures safety and comfort for younger children during the ride.
Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.

Jeep Safari will be provided on sharing basis as one jeep can accommodate a maximim of 6 people at a time.
The tour requires a minimum of two participants to confirm the booking.
During or after the folk dance performance, you will have the chance to join the dancers on stage. Please be mindful and respectful of their space and performance.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the camel and jeep ride.

This was definitely a very fun and unique experience for me and my family. We were a group of 4 and we stayed in the swiss tents which were really comfy. They welcomed us with drinks, and took us on a lovely camel safari to the sunset point which had some awesome views. The night ended with a bonfire and some cultural dance and folk performances, and a magic show which my kids enjoyed a lot.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get canceled. In such cases, the operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However, a cash refund will not be applicable for the same. Thrillcash+ will be allocated in your Thrillophilia wallet which can be used anytime in the future.

If rescheduling requests are made 72 hours before the date of travel, no amount will be charged as rescheduling fees.
