This Thailand beach has an amazingly striking bay that is enshrouded by cliffs on 3 sides. The central beach is 200 meters long with mesmerizing white sand. The most suitable time to visit the beach is from November to April when the bay is easily accessible, and the water is calm and clear. The bay is thus mostly crowded, but an early start usually beats the rush.

Located a short drive away from Karon Beach, this place is enchanting with its soft sandy bays and crystal clear water. Mai Khao is situated on the northwestern end of the coast of Phuket. It is a massive 11 km long beach and remains untouched by mechanization.
