This Hindu temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is located about 32 km from Srinagar. It was built between 883 and 902 AD by Shankar Varman of Kashmir. However, with the passage of time, the temple has been subjected to neglect, bringing it to its present state of dilapidation.
