Koynanagar is a town in Maharashtra located on the banks of the Koyna River. Koyna Dam is the best place to visit and is surrounded by a Wildlife Sanctuary. The Wildlife Sanctuary is home to Panthers, Gaurs, Sloth Bears, Sambars, Barking Deers, Mouse Deers, Dholes, Gaint Squirrels, Otters, Common Langurs, Pythons and Cobras.

The resort is surrounded by lush green trees, a refreshing breeze, and songs of birds. The resort offers the best view of the Koyna river and Koyna Dam with rooms to stay and rooms are well equipped and has attached washrooms.
