About the Kaudia Estate Kanatal

Situated in the Kaudia forest- naturally decorated with Deodar and Cedar trees this villa is like a small castle and offers the magnificent views of the holy peaks of Kedarnath, Badrinath, Satopanth, Neelkanth, and Dunagir.

With the elegance of the vintage decor and sophisticated style, the villa offers 3 king-size bedrooms- one room on the ground floor, master bedroom on the first floor with a king-size bed, a twin room, a family lounge to watch TV and an attic where guests can read or write a book. Each room comes with an attached washroom, double beds, sofa and chairs, wardrobe, tea, and coffee maker to personalize the self-preference. The living room in the villa is imbibed with a strong royal and elegant touch with a chimney.

For outdoor enthusiasts, a guided hike to famous trails of Kaudia forest is a must. The villa is in The Kaudia forest which has some interesting trails to explore the surrounding forested areas and the countryside and bird watching. A local expert will be taking out the guests for the hiking.  There are a few scenic spots as well in the trail where a family picnic can be organized for the guests. 

The property has a beautiful garden with rare breeds of flowers and seating area to life the air of nature, where guests can enjoy the views while sipping a tea/coffee. The stay also possesses some indoor and outdoor games like board games, cards, a pool table, tennis, etc to entertain the guests.

We wanted to go to a calm place and nothing can be better than this choice made. Had a good yoga session to calm our mind and souls.
