- If your flight is cancelled on the day (due to weather conditions), a full refund will be given. Your booking will be transferred to the following day, subject to availability.
- You will be picked up from your accommodation in Cappadocia at approximately 04:30 for the transfer to the launch site when you avail of the hot air balloon ride in the Cappadocia package.
