Know Before You Go for Venice Gondola Ride
- Children of age 2 and younger do not require a ticket.
- Individuals between the ages of 3-99 will be charged as adults.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Within 24 hours, you will receive confirmation of your reservation.
- There will only be one gondola with the guide. Using the audio device, the participants in the other gondolas will hear them.
- Only English and Italian will be used for the live commentary. You may download a mobile app to your own device that will deliver commentary in the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese, Hindi, and Russian.
- There is a 5-person maximum capacity per gondola.
- Your seat will be assigned by the gondolier according to your weight.
- Only really bad weather will cause the excursion to be canceled.
- In the event of wind or inclement weather, the schedule may alter.
- Please be aware that this is not a private gondola trip but rather a communal tour.
- 15 minutes before the start of the activity, kindly come to the meeting location.
