Know Before You Go
- Travellers are advised to arrive at Phuket International Airport (HKT) by 10:00 AM on Day 1 to avail the common airport pickup service. Guests arriving earlier may need to wait until the scheduled group transfer.
- For the return journey, it is recommended to book flights departing from Krabi Airport (KBV) after 1:00 PM on Day 8. Those opting to fly out of Phuket Airport (HKT) should account for an approximate 2.5-hour road transfer from Krabi and plan accordingly.
- Standard hotel check-in time in Thailand is 3:00 PM, while check-out is at 12:00 Noon. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- The Full Moon Party takes place at Haad Rin Beach, Koh Phangan, on Day 4. Speedboat transfers from Koh Samui are included, with departure scheduled around 8:00 PM. Return boats operate throughout the night until the morning, and all participants are required to return to Koh Samui by 9:00 AM the following day.
- Entry to the Full Moon Party is included in the package. Guests are encouraged to carry comfortable footwear, a small waterproof bag, a power bank, and essentials required for a beach party environment.
- National Park fees for both the Phi Phi Islands excursion and the Krabi 4-Island tour are included in the package cost. No additional payment is required for these visits.
- As the itinerary includes multiple speedboat journeys, ferry transfers, beach visits, and island excursions, travellers should be comfortable with moderate physical activity and exposure to varying weather and sea conditions.
- Thailand currently offers visa-free entry for Indian passport holders. However, each traveller must carry a passport with a minimum validity of six months from the date of return.
- Travel insurance is mandatory for all participants and must be arranged independently before departure, as it is not included in the package.
- Guests are advised to carry both digital and physical copies of their passport, booking confirmations, and travel insurance documents for a smoother travel experience.
- The trip includes several leisure periods across Phuket, Koh Samui, and Krabi. Optional experiences such as Angthong Marine Park excursions, Thai massages, scooter rentals, shopping, nightlife activities, and personal sightseeing can be enjoyed at an additional cost.
- Comfortable beachwear, light casual clothing, swimwear, sunglasses, and a dedicated party outfit are recommended for the duration of the trip. Due to extensive time spent outdoors, carrying sunscreen (SPF 50+ recommended), a hat or cap, and reusable water bottles is highly recommended.
- Travellers may consider carrying basic medications, motion sickness tablets, and personal medical supplies, especially for ferry and speedboat transfers.
- Forex cards and Thai Baht cash are both widely accepted and recommended for convenient transactions during the trip.
- Guests are encouraged to download offline maps of Thailand before arrival. Local tourist SIM cards are readily available at Phuket Airport for easy connectivity throughout the journey.
- The itinerary is designed as a social group experience with shared transfers, island adventures, nightlife experiences, and group activities. Flexibility may be required in case of weather conditions, marine regulations, or operational adjustments.
