Know Before You Go

  • Guests are advised to ensure that their passports are valid for at least six months from the date of arrival in Sri Lanka and that the required visa has been obtained before departure.
  • It is recommended that guests schedule their arrival flight between 05:00 AM and 09:00 AM on the first day to comfortably join the shared airport transfer.
  • Guests arriving on different flights should note that the shared transfer departs the airport at 11:00 AM, and the vehicle will not be able to wait beyond this scheduled departure time.
  • On the final day, it is advisable to book departure flights from 05:00 PM onwards to allow sufficient time for the transfer to the airport.
  • Hotel check-in is from 2:00 PM, while check-out is by 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and the discretion of the hotel.
  • The hotels mentioned in the itinerary are subject to availability. In the event of unavailability, similar-category hotels may be arranged, and any applicable cost difference may be communicated accordingly.
  • The package includes daily breakfast and dinner at the hotels. Lunch, beverages beyond the meal plan, and personal expenses are not included.
  • Entrance fees to attractions, boat rides, water sports, and any optional activities are payable separately unless specifically mentioned as included.
  • Comfortable walking shoes are highly recommended, as several sightseeing locations involve walking on uneven paths, gardens, railway viewpoints, temple premises, and natural attractions.
  • The train journey from Ambewela to Ella is included in the itinerary. Guests are advised to keep their essential belongings and valuables with them during the journey and to travel with luggage within the permitted allowance.
  • Wildlife encounters, elephant sightings, and turtle hatchery visits should be enjoyed responsibly. Guests are encouraged to avoid feeding or disturbing animals unless guided by authorized staff.
  • Guests are requested to follow the guidance of the chauffeur or tour guide regarding sightseeing timings to ensure the itinerary runs smoothly.
