  • All travelers must carry valid government-issued ID for check-ins and rafting permits.

  • Rafting on the Shivpuri–Rishikesh 16 km stretch operates only before 2 PM, so plan to reach early for tickets, safety briefing, and gear fitting to avoid missing the slot.
  • Pickups are from Nepali Farm at 9 AM and 12 PM on Day 1.
  • Cliff jumping is allowed only if the instructor declares conditions safe.
  • Party access at Mountain Whispers includes entry; food and drinks are at your own expense.
  • Scooters for Day 3 are optional and rented locally; valid ID is required.
  • Weather in late December can get cold at night, especially near the river — pack warm layers.
  • Alcohol consumption is regulated in Rishikesh; follow local rules and venue guidelines.
  • Late-night movement near the river is restricted for safety.
  • Respect local culture and dress modestly around ghats and temples.
