- By Train: Take a train from Taman Batu Bukit (starting from 06:38 PM) every 20 minutes and takes up to 52 minutes to reach the location.

Know Before You Go for Entopia Tickets
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Each ticket holder must present proof of identity and age upon entry to the park at the admission turnstile.
- Entopia reserves the right to reject entries if visitors are not able to present the required ID; or attempt to enter the park using wrong tickets.
- The price differences shall be chargeable should they wish to enter the park and no refund is allowed.
- Visitors are not allowed to feed the animals without permission from the staff.
- Please have your hand stamped at the admission turnstiles if you wish to leave the park and return the same day, at no charge. Failure to obtain a hand stamp will result in you not being re-admitted.Production of a ticket will not be proof of re-entry.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member.
- Child and Senior ticket holders must present proof of age upon redemption.
- For Malaysian Ticket- Entopia reserves the right to reject entries if you are not able to present your valid proof of identity to enjoy MyKad Special pricing and you are required to purchase a new valid ticket to enter and no refund is allowed.
