Know Before You Go for Disneyland® Paris Tickets
- Kindly carry a valid photo ID proof such as your passport copy.
- Disneyland Paris reserves the right to visually inspect or to check with specific devices, visitor’s clothes, coats and personal belongings before entry and/or inside the parks. Access may be refused to any person refusing to comply with this inspection.
- Large and cumbersome packages, suitcases and bags, as well as any kind of large container, exceeding 55cm x 40cm x 25cm - including wheels, pockets and handles - are not permitted inside the parks.
- Animals are not allowed inside the parks, with the exception of assistance dogs, guide dogs, and emotional support animals. Medical proof of need may be required for admission of these animals. The animals must always be kept on a leash and remain under the care of the owner.
- Theft, public disorder, verbal and physical violence, insults or racial taunts, cheating, fraud, drunken or indecent behaviour, malevolence, violations of safety regulations and park access rules, discriminating or other socially unacceptable behaviour, may lead Disneyland Paris to take the necessary action including informing the police, filing a complaint or removing the visitor from the park(s) without any sort of compensation, refund or claim.
- It is forbidden to take pictures with flashes or film with lights at the attractions and shows.
- Disneyland Paris Management reserves the right to limit, refuse entry or evacuate either park due to peak attendance, for any safety reasons or in case of “force majeure”.
- For safety reasons, access to and participation in certain attractions require that visitors should be in good health, free from high blood pressure, heart, back or neck problems, motion sickness, or any other condition likely to be aggravated by these adventures.
- Height restrictions apply to certain attractions and rides.
- Certain attractions or shows use lighting effects and notably strobe and flashing lights which may cause problems for visitors suffering from photo-sensitivity, who are therefore advised to avoid them.
- Any picture, video, sound recording or photo taken by a visitor in either of the parks may be used only for personal purposes. For commercial photography, prior written authorisation is required.
- Please note that the time slots may be subject to slight variations, and we will allocate a time slot available within a 30-minute window before or after your initial selection.
- Prices may vary depending on the selected time slots and are subject to change. Additionally, last-minute tickets may incur a slight increase in cost due to higher acquisition expenses
