The Radcliffe Camera is one of the iconic sights in Oxford, England. It was built between 1737 and 1749 with £40,000 bequeathed by the royal physician, Dr. John Radcliffe, and designed by several leading architects, including Nicholas Hawksmoor and James Gibbs.
