The thali (platter) served in these halls includes delicious, traditional Rajasthani dishes like Dal Baati Churma, Gatte Ki Sabzi, and mouth-watering sweets. Dal Bati Churma is made from lentils, baked bread, and crumbled wheat. Gatte ki sabzi is a spicy Rajasthani specialty of gram flour dumplings in a rich gravy.
