Activity Location: Al Ras Al Akhdar, Abu Dhabi
Operational Timings: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Timings are subject to change, check Palace's official website before the visit) ( From 09/01/2023 until 13/01/2023, the Palace will only be open to the public from 2:00 pm onwards only )
Last admission: 5:30 PM
Note: From February 2023 the timings will be from 10 AM to 7:15 PM

About Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi:
Located inside the Presidential Palace complex, Qasr Al Watan is one of the finest examples of Arabic architecture, craftsmanship & lush gardens, and the palace's design signifies its heritage and its future vision. Learn about the Islamic Golden Age with the palace's own library and see the famous Birmingham Quran, one of the oldest surviving records of the Islamic holy book, believed to be over 1,000 years old.
With Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi tickets, you can also gain a rare insight into Emirati governance and culture through the Palace’s exhibits. At night, you can catch the Palace in Motion show which uses lights and sounds to tell the palace's story. This show has been divided into three acts; past, present, and future.

How to reach Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi?
The activity destination is 10 km from the city centre of Abu Dhabi, one can easily access the destination using the public or private mode of transportation.
- From Dubai: The location is approx. 150 km away from the Dubai city centre and it is easily reachable by car/taxi via E11 and Al Shahama - Abu Dhabi Rd/Sheikh Zayed Bin Sultan St/E10
- From Abu Dhabi: If you are coming by cab/private car take the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Highway and turn towards 1st street. After that take the 2nd exit, take a right and keep going straight till you reach the meeting point. The destination is also accessible by the Line 034 bus from Abu Dhabi.

- Download the ALHOSN UAE app and enter Qasr Al Watan by providing proof of full vaccination status and a “green pass” status on the app. Without the ALHOSN UAE app, you can enter Qasr Al Watan by providing proof of vaccination and a negative PCR test within the last 30 days.

Know Before You Go for Qasr Al Watan Tickets
- A valid government issued ID matching the name listed in the booking should be provided to gain entry into Qasr Al Watan.
- You can also find souvenir shops and restaurants in Qasr Al Watan, located in the Mail Hall area.
- Photography on mobile phones and DSLR cameras is allowed but for non-commercial use only.
- Prayer rooms for both men and women are available.
- Please make sure to keep your mobile phones on silent mode before entering the palace.
- The last entry to the Palace in Motion (Light show) is 30 minutes before the showtime.
- Outside food and drinks are not allowed inside the venue.
- Pets are not allowed inside the venue, with the exception of service animals with valid identification.
- Valet parking is available at the Visitor Center Car Park at a charge of AED 80. It is available from 9:30 am to 9:30 pm, 7 days a week.
- Bags and cases with dimensions more than 500 X 350 mm won't be allowed inside the palace.
- Al hosn app required only for residents of Abu Dhabi & international tourists need to show RT PCR Report and vaccination certificate.
- The ticket includes access to the Palace in Motion (Light show) if it takes place on the date of your visit.
- Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
- Palace in Motion Show Timing: Regular show time begins at 6:30 pm on every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Timings are subject to change as per seasons.
- The last entry to the Qasr Al Watan Palace is at 5:30 pm.
