• Day 1 - Departure from Srinagar

  The heart is still full of the beauties that you have seen on the roads of Leh, Ladakh and Manali, but this expedition draws to a close. Until Ladakh beckons you again, say goodbye to this blessed Land of High Passes!

• Day 2 - Manali

  Riding Practice, Receipt of Bikes

  On this beautiful day, hop onto your shiny Royal Enfield and head out for a ride in order to prep yourself for the ride ahead. It is strongly advised that you avail the services of the mechanic on the tour, who will make any tweaks as per your convenience and comfort. Return to the guesthouse and sleep in anticipation of the next day when you will actually embark on the ride.

• Day 3 - Riding from Manali to Keylong

  First Day of Ride, Manali – Leh Highway, Rohtang Pass, Chandra Valley, Khoksar, Tandi

  Wake up fully prepped and geared up for your first day of the ride! Kickstart your engines and head on to the Manali-Leh Highway, which is among the world’s highest roads. Pass by the snowy Rohtang Pass (13,051ft) and take on the slopes towards Chandra Valley while passing by Khoksar and Tandi to enter Keylong; overnight stay in guesthouses.

• Day 4 - Riding from Keylong To Sarchu

  Baralacha La Pass, Sarchu, Camping in Swiss Tents

  Today will be marked by a thrilling ride that will acquaint you with the varied and rich terrains of Ladakh. Combat the rocky roads, biting cold, beautiful lakes and scenery to arrive at the majestic Baralacha La Pass. Standing high at 16,500ft, it will bring you to the snow laden plains of Sarchu. Stay for the day will be in Swiss tents, as there is a lack of permanent settlements due to the weather.

• Day 5 - Riding from Sarchu to Leh

  Himalayan Passes, Lachlung La, ­ Nakee ­La, Taglang La

  Cross the silken Manali-Leh Highway traversing up and down the high Himalayan passes. Weather your bike as you cross Lachlung­ La (16,616ft),  Nakee ­La (15,547ft) and Tanglang La, (17,480ft) and feel the blood rushing to your heart in happiness and excitement. Crossing through these hair raising turns, you will also be in close quarters with the lives of the locals and their livestock. End the ride for the day in Leh at a guesthouse.

• Day 6 - Leisure Day in Leh

  Sightseeing, Rest Day, Namgyal Palace, Shanti Stupa, Tibetan Market

  After a demanding ride from Manali, relax your muscles today and explore this historic and blessed city with a local sightseeing tour. Bask in the divinity of the Namgyal Palace, Tibetan Market and the fabulous architecture of Shanti Stupa and other monasteries that surround you. Replenish your energies for the next day as you sleep-in the guesthouse.

• Day 7 - Riding from Leh to Pangong Tso Lake

  Changa La Pass, Changthang, Pangong Tso Lake, Local Homestay

  Today, you will embark on a ride to the Pangong Tso Lake which stretches for an incredible 135km. The route passes through the third highest motorable pass in the world, Changa La at 17,586ft and opens to the plains of Changthang before finally bringing you to the sapphire blue waters of the Pangong Tso Lake. Marvel at the scenic vista and retire for the night in the warm interiors of Ladakhi Homestay that is located right on the shores of the lake! Experience the local cuisine and warmth of the families as you relax for the night shrouded in beauty.

• Day 8 - Riding from Pangong Tso Lake to Leh

  Ride along the Lakeside, Leh

  Venture out on a ride along the shores of the Pangong Tso, to places where hardly any tourists visit. Post this calming experience, travel back to Leh for a celebratory evening to toast the ride!

• Day 9 - Riding from Leh to Hunder (via Khardung La Pass)

  Highest motorable pass, Nubra Valley, Hunder

  Begin the day with a ride from Hunder to Nimmu,  that takes you along the Srinagar-Leh Highway. Ride all the way back to Khardung La Pass and reach this beautiful town in order to retire for the night.
