  • Visit the Zorig Chusum, Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal and Drukgyel Dzong which are few of the famous places. 
  • Rejuvenate yourself with the serene and green landscape of the country.
  • End this tour after getting dropped down at the airport and depart for home.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    Arrival at Paro

    Arrive at Paro and transfer to Thimpu by an air conditioned shared vehicle.

    Experience the thrill of mountain flying while gazing down over the meandering Paro Chu River.

    Stay overnight in Thimpu.

  • Day 2 -

    Sightseeing then return to Paro

    Today you will be sightseeing in Paro. Visit the National Library, the Institute for Zorig Chusum, the Textile and Folk Heritage Museum and the King’s Memorial Chorten, Trashichhoedzong and Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal.

    You also have time to stroll around the government-run Handicrafts Emporium and local crafts shops before making your way back to Paro.

    Stay in Paro for 2 nights.

  • Day 3 -

    Paro Sightseeing

    After breakfast, visit Ta Dzong. Walk to Rinpung Dzong, which has a long and fascinating history. After lunch, you drive to Drukgyel Dzong, a ruined fortress, then visit the 7th century Kyichu Lhakhang, and the Songtsen Gampo.

    The construction of this temple marks the introduction of Buddhism to Bhutan.

  • Day 4 -

    Paro – Tiger’s nest excursion

    After breakfast, drive to Taktsang, the most famous of Bhutanese monasteries which is widely known as “Tiger’s Nest.”

    On your return journey to Paro, you’ll visit the town.

  • Day 5 -

    Departure

    After breakfast, return to the airport for your departure from Paro, the Land of the Thunder Dragon.

    End of tour.
