Tour Overview

This is a wholesome tour of the city, covering every attraction one might think of. Specially designed to give you a complete and unparalleled experience.

The tour will start early in the morning when you will be picked by our vehicle at 7:45 in the morning. You will visit attractions like The Maekhajan Hot Springs, The White Temple and the Golden Triangle!

The Maekhajan Hot Springs is the perfect place to start the tour from. Eat eggs boiled in the spring water and get refreshed with some hot coffee to continue for the day. The White Temple is so called because of its brilliant white colour which dazzles through the mirrors fitted inside. With a great story behind, the entrance fee is low, and the temple is a must go.

The Golden Triangle! The most special spot of the tour. This is exactly the place where Thailand, Myanmar and Laos shake hands. This intersection point of the 3 countries, also witnesses the confluence of Ruak and Mekong Rivers. You will be taken to a viewpoint to get the perfect view of the beautiful scene. You also get a chance to visit the opium house nearby.

The bordering town between Thailand and Myanmar, Mai Sai is also among the destinations. See the bridge separating the two countries, have lunch and shop some souvenirs from the local markets.

Tribal people welcoming you in folk wear… Where are you!

Its The Yaho and Akha hill, which would be your next destination. Buy handcrafted items from the locals as they are experts in traditional methods of embroidery and weaving and have a once in a lifetime experience of experiencing their lifestyle.

The vehicle will drop you at your place with lots of memories at about 9:00 PM.

An experienced local guide will be there with all this time to tell you the interesting history and facts about these amazing places.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    Pick up at 7:30 AM

    First stop at Maekhajan Hot Springs via Doi Saket

    We then proceed to Chiang Rai province and visit Akha & Yaho Hill Tribe

    Then we head to visit the Lanna Kingdom

    Further drive to visit the famous Golden Triangle.

    Lunch

    Visit the Opium Museum

    Drive back to hotel and drop off at 9:00 PM
