How to reach:

The best option to start this tour is to begin from Delhi and then start your journey towards the mountains.

By Air: Delhi is well connected with domestic and international flights, to all the major cities within and outside India. All the major airlines have their flights operating from Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi.

By Rail: The railway network connects Delhi to all major and, nearly, all the minor destinations in India. The three important railway stations of Delhi are New Delhi Railway Station, Old Delhi Railway Station, and Hazrat Nizamuddin Railway Station.

By Road: Delhi is well connected, by a network of roads and national highways, with all the major cities in India. Both the government and private transport providers provide frequent bus services. One can also get government as well as private taxis here.

Day 1
Delhi to Mussoorie | Drive Through the Scenic Trails to the 'Queen of Hills'
Mussoorie
  • Your amazing Uttarakhand Tour Package starts from Delhi.
  • Head to the pickup point in Delhi from where a representative will help you get transferred to Mussoorie.
  • On your way to Mussoorie, pass through Dehradun to visit Robber's cave, a natural river cave formation in Himalayas.
  • You can also take a detour to visit Sahastradhara, a waterfall that is believed to have various medicinal properties.
  • Upon reaching Mussoorie, check-in to the hotel and take some rest.
  • The rest of the day can be spent indulging in leisure activities or you can take a stroll across the pretty streets and enjoy the beautiful landscapes of the hill station.
  • In the evening, stroll through Mall Road to shop for souvenirs while enjoying stunning views of the Doon valley.
  • Later you can head back to your hotel.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Mussoorie.
Day 2
Sightseeing in Mussoorie & Transfer to Chopta | Witness the somersault of the milky streams from the Gigantic Kempty Waterfall
Chopta
  • After having a hearty breakfast, complete the check out formalities and head out to explore the beautiful town of Mussoorie.
  • Travel to the highest point in Mussoorie at Cloud Ends and gaze at the fluffy clouds floating down below.
  • You can then visit Camels Back Road where rocks are shaped like a hump of the camel at the end of the road.
  • Then you can proceed for a picnic to the cascading Kempty Waterfalls, a popular tourist attraction near Mussoorie.
  • Gun Hill offers unobstructed views of the Majestic Himalayas and is perfect to spend a leisurely afternoon.
  • Later, begin your drive towards Chopta. 
  • Drive past the thick oak forests and the beautiful hill stations and take a short stopover at the beautiful Tehri Lake.
  • You can then proceed along the Alaknanda River and pass through Rudraprayag to ultimately reach Chopta.
  • Upon reaching, check into the hotel and call it a day.
  • Dinner and overnight stay in Chopta.


Day 3
Hike around Chopta and Transfer to Joshimath | Trek to the Highest Shiva Temple in the World
Joshimath
  • Enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains and have a healthy breakfast.
  • When ready, embark on a 5 km trek to Chandrashila Peak.
  • You'll first hike for 3.5 km to Tungnath, listening to the guide telling folklores and tales that are famous in the region while passing through the pristine meadows and grazing grasslands.
  • After taking the blessings of Lord Shiva, you can commence your short 1.5 km trek to Chandrashila Peak.
  • From the top, you can savor the stunning 360° view of the snow-capped Himalayan peaks such as Nanda Devi, Bandarpunch, Chaukhamba, and Kedar Peak.
  • Start your descent back to Chopta and then collect your luggage from the hotel.
  • Depart downhill and then follow the Alaknanda River to reach Joshimath.
  • Upon reaching Joshimath, check-in to the hotel for an overnight stay.


Day 4
Excursion to Auli | Explore the Famous Ski Destination of India
  • Wake up early to a beautiful morning and have a healthy breakfast.
  • You can then get ready to embark on a full-day scenic tour to Auli.
  • You can choose to drive to Auli by road or can also take the 4 KM long Gondola Ride from Joshimath to Auli.
  • The Ropeway to Auli greets you with some of the best views of the Snow-Capped Himalayas and the dense oak forests that surround the beautiful ski resort.
  • On reaching Auli, you can spend a great time walking along the beautiful Auli Lake and admire the refreshing breeze and magnificent panorama. 
  • Here you can also indulge in various adventures activities or try your hands at Skiing through the snow.
  • While in Auli, you can also choose to take a short trek up to the Gorson Bugyal that lies at an altitude of 3056 mts.
  • You can also trek further up to Chattarkund, located in the center of a dense forest, which is famous for its sweet water.
  • Later in the evening, start the journey back to Joshimath after a day full of fun and adventure.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Joshimath.
Day 5
Joshimath to Rishikesh | Explore the Spiritual Town of Sages
Rishikesh
  • Have a delicious breakfast and check out from the hotel.
  • You can then set off on your journey towards Rishikesh and bid adieu to the majestic Nanda Devi Parbat.
  • Upon reaching Rishikesh, check-in to the hotel and take some rest before leaving for a local sightseeing tour.
  • Once you are ready, visit one of the most revered sights in Rishikesh - Neelkanth Mahadev Temple, which according to mythological beliefs is a place where Lord Shiva drank the poison that turned his throat blue.
  • Later, you can spend some time meditating at the Beatles Ashram, where the famous band learned meditation and composed a number of songs.
  • You can also head to the Triveni Ghat that turns into a riot of colors in the evening for the auspicious Ganga Aarti.
  • After witnessing a surreal Ganga Aarti, return back to the hotel and call it a day.
  • Overnight stay at the hotel in Rishikesh.
Day 6
Rishikesh Sightseeing and Departure to Delhi | Indulge is Thrilling Rafting Session
Delhi
  • Wake up to a beautiful morning in the mountains and have a delicious breakfast.
  • Pack your bags and complete the check–out formalities.
  • Before heading back to Delhi, you can visit a few important places in Rishikesh.
  • Once you are ready to experience water adventure, travel to Shivpuri, from where you can head out for a rafting session till Laxman Jhula and get face to face with the thrilling rapids in the glaciated Ganga.
  • You can also level up your adventure by daring to cliff jump into the cold water of the river and can also enjoy having a bowl of hot Maggi during the short stopover while rafting.
  • On reaching Laxman Jhula, facing another round of rapids, you can return back to the hotel to dry up and head out again to explore the bustling Rishikesh.
  • Later, one can choose to explore the different parts of Rishikesh like the iconic Ram Jhula and Laxman Jhula, or go shopping in the local markets in the surrounding areas.
  • You can also spend some time by the river beach or go café hopping in the vibrant cafes that line the banks of Ganga.
  • Don’t forget to feel the spiritual vibes during the holy Ganga Aarti at Triveni Ghat in Rishikesh which will add up to your lively evening.
  • You can then set off on your journey back towards Delhi.

  • 5% GST is applicable to the package cost.
  • Standard check in time at the hotels is 12 PM and check out time is 9 AM.
  • The Vehicle will be available only till 8 PM.
  • Meals other than those specified are an exclusion to the package.
  • Vehicles will be provided as per the group size.
  • ACs don't work in Hilly Areas as the climate is moderate.
  • Hotels are subject to availability and if they are unavailable, guests will be accommodated in similar property.
  • Monument entry fee and camera charges are not included in the package.
  • Children above 5 years of age will be considered as adults only. There are no charges for children below 5 years of age.
  • All international and domestic airfare, visa fees, airport tax, or any kind of insurance cover is not a part of the package.
  • Govt. Approved ID is mandatory for each guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
  • All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

  • Any breakage or damage of any items at the hotels/resorts/camps will be charged at actuals.
  • Personal expenses like portages, tips, laundry, mineral water etc. will not be accommodated in the package cost.
  • Thrillophilia reserves the right to rearrange the itinerary due to any kind of disturbances that might occur (i.e. severe weather conditions, political unrests or others).
  • Any rescheduling/rearrangement of package due to circumstances beyond Thrillophilia's control might invite additional charges for hotels and/or vehicle.
  • In case a traveler wants to or decides to leave the trip in the middle, all the expenses from that point onwards will be borne by the traveler. Neither the operator nor Thrillophilia will be held responsible for such decisions or for any refund.
  • The extra adventure activities and ropeways/cable cars will be at your own cost and are not included in the tour unless specified exclusively in the inclusions of the product.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Standard & Deluxe Package) & Group Bookings: 1) If rescheduling is made 7 days after the Booking Date till 15 days prior to the Date of Travel then 30.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as rescheduling fees. | 2) If rescheduling is made 0 days to 15 days before the Date of Travel then 100.0% of the total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees. | 3) If bookings are made 15 days before the Date of Travel no rescheduling & modifications will be made.
  • Rescheduling Policy for Private (Super Deluxe) & Hotel Specific Bookings: No modification or Rescheduling will be catered. A standard cancellation policy will be applicable for such cases.

  • Cancellation After Rescheduling: Clients who reschedule their tours or treks but later decide to cancel will be subject to our standard cancellation policy. Any rescheduling fees paid will be non-refundable.
