Know Before You Go for Zurich Card Switzerland

Validity: choice between 24 or 72 hours from the moment of activation.
Important: The Zürich Card must be validated before the first use at a ticket machine or an orange-colored validating machine. From this moment, the Zürich Card is valid for 24 or 72 hours.
Valid in zones 110, 111, 121, 140, 150, 154, 155.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
Children below the age of 6 years will go free of cost, whereas children between the age of 6-15 years will be charged on a child price basis and above that age will be considered adults.
For rides outside the permitted area, separate tickets must be purchased. Your Zürich Card is accepted in all ZVV zones when used in connection with a conjunction ticket for 4 zones.
A fee is required to upgrade to first class transportation.
