Tucked away in the laps of Himalayas is this classy wooden house in the middle of a apple orchard surrounded by beautiful Himalayan mountains is the perfect spot to stay in the midst of the high altitude views. With wooden floors and mud smeared walls, this rustic and charming property has warm and comfortable, well-furnished rooms. There is also a common sitting area outside the cottage that offers incredible views of the mountains. The room on the upper floor has a balcony where you can sip your morning tea/coffee and enjoy the impeccable views of the apple orchards. The retreat has increased the frequency of cleaning public areas (including the lobby, doorknobs, common washrooms, etc.) and continues to use hospital-grade disinfectants. There are more antibacterial hand sanitizers available throughout the property.

The location provides numerous unforgettable experiences around it like nature walk around the apple orchards, strolling in the village and getting a glimpse of the life of the "pahadi" people, and the Jibhi Waterfall which is 6 m below the stay. Paved with stones, you can take a dip in it or spend some time there soaking in the beauty.

For adventure enthusiasts, the place offers a trek to the Serulsar Lake that begins from Jibhi with a 19 km drive to Jalori Pass, which takes about 40 minutes to get on a steep and curvy road to gain the elevation of 3132 m. The trek then begins towards the Serulsar Lake with a guide through open glades and thick oak forest. The path offers one of the most magnificent views of the great Himalayan ranges.

You can also try your hands at fishing here. The earthy colored and rainbow trout is a speciality of the area. Enjoy your evening at the stay with a bonfire.

How to reach:
The homestay is located in a secluded location near the village Bahu which is a 7 km drive from Jibhi. The closest airport to Jibhi is Bhuntar in the Kullu district which is around 60 km away. The closest railway station is Shimla, around 150 km south of Jibhi.
