All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
General Admission: Children aged 0-2 years can enter free of cost. Child Tickets are applicable for visitors aged 3-12 years. Adult Tickets are applicable for visitors aged 13+ years.
VIP Experience: Adults and Children will be charged at the same rates.
While service animals are welcome inside WNDR, there may be areas and/or installations in the museum which are not fully accessible with a service animal.
Cameras that will not interfere with the experience of other guests are allowed. The use of tripods is not allowed inside WNDR. Filming at WNDR for commercial or promotional purposes is strictly prohibited.
Large bags, food and beverages are not allowed in the museum.
WNDR reserves the right to ask visitors who do not follow these measures and other museum policies to leave the museum’s premise.
Backpacks/camera bags/diaper bags are allowed! Please note, we do not have a bag check so your back must be kept with you at all times.
All but three exhibits are accessible, and we do have a portable ramp available for use.

I visited the WNDR Museum with my family, and we had a great time. We were intrigued by the infinite mirror gaze and 27 pieces of art on display there. The shops in the complex were great too, and bought a few art oracles. Totally recommended destination for art lovers!

This was an supremely wonderful trip for us. My husband and I had a great time when we visited Chicago and Thrillophilia suggested we go for the WNDR Museum tour. Kudos to them for this as we truly had a lovely experience.

What are all the important things we need to know while visiting the WNDR Museum ?

- There are no benches or stopping points, so you have to do a lot of walking for the duration of your visit.

- Because the WNDR Museum is in the downtown area, there isn't a lot of parking nearby. It is strongly advised that you take public transportation or use Uber or Lyft services to get to your destination.

- Tickets must be purchased online prior to your visit, and you will be assigned a time slot. Your scheduled time guarantees a pleasant experience. Tickets are non-refundable, but you can reschedule your visit if necessary. The price of the adult ticket starts from $30 for general admission, while children aged 3 to 12 start from $25.

- The restrooms are at the start and end of the experience. Because of COVID, the staff requests that you keep moving forward and not turn around during your visit.

Can we take pictures in the WNDR Museum?

Yes, taking pictures is allowed in the WNDR Museum, but you cannot carry tripods inside the museum.

What is the best time to visit WNDR Museum, Chicago?

Go off now to avoid the busiest season's crowds and the most expensive times to travel. Monday through Thursday, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.; Friday, 12 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.; and Saturday and Sunday, all day. Remember that lineups may form for a few of the exhibits also with low visitor volume during off-peak hours.
