Overview

The Hong Kong Geopark opened in 2009, in the Northeast of China. One of them is in the region of the High Island water reservoir, the destination of this tour.

About the activity:
We'll start at the site of spectacular rock formations formed by volcanic activities and follow coastlines shaped by waves and weathering into a bay with a beautiful beach. Walking on to Leung Shuen Wan, which consists of three old Hakka villages. Here the fishing community is still active. Visit the Tolo channel, Hung Shek Mun and Double heaven marine park on a boat. Modern fishermen and their families still make offerings here before heading out to sea.

Start point: MTR university station, Exit B (East rail)
Endpoint: Ma Liu Shui Public Pier

Start time: 08.30 am

How to reach: 
The trip will start from MTR University station, exit B (east rail), you can easily reach here by public or private transport. 
Note:
MTR is a local train in Hong Kong. 
This is a round trip.
