Really had a great time at the property. Helpful staff, nice accommodation and an amazing view of the backwaters, all of these and more made our entire stay here so much fun and memorable. Special regards to the chef for making fresh seafood dishes upon our request. The only thing that was not good here was the network. But everything else made up for the lack of it.

A fantastic luxury stay just beside the Alleppey backwaters. We took a lake view room with meal options. The resort also organized a nature walk, which was quite fun!

Uday Backwater Resort Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.
