Stayed at the Tree HOuse Resort for my honeymoon. The exquisite location and wonderful rooms are quite paralleled. We also got some spa vouchers with our Thrillophilia package, which added to our overall experience.

This resort is located in the Syari Valley, and is known for its luxurious amenities, rooms and overall experience. We loved the waterfront property that overlooks the huge mountains. And the staff here made sure that their service was top notch and perfect to the T. Thrillophilia also offered us a great deal for this resort, and we were instantly sold. The package even included many different spa treatments. The resort décor has its themes from the three natural elements and even has suites that are located on top of water. We absolutely loved it here. Major thanks to everyone.

For my business trip to Jaipur, I wanted a good property and Thrillophilia offered an amazing package deal for the Tree Resort. Everything about my stay was up to the mark, the rooms were big and clean and the food was also delicious.

Tree Resort Jaipur Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Any booking rescheduling in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Thrillophilia reserves the right to cancel a booking in event of unforeseen situation, covid threat and guests safety reasons.

Any booking cancellations in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the travelers may opt for alternate dates or refund.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking
