- For the Teide Volcano Tour, participants must be aged 3+ years to join this experience. Children aged 3-13 years can book the package at child prices. All individuals aged 14 years and above can book the package at adult prices.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
- All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
- Tour in French is available from Thursday to Saturday from the South only.
- English, Spanish and German are available everyday from North and South.
