Sterling Elk Hill is a beautiful resort. Me and my partner loved the views of the city and surrounding hills from our room. We had chosen the family suite in the main building of the property, thanks to Thrillophilia’s good deal that was going on at that time. The food, service, amenities as well as everything else, was simply perfect. Overall good experience and would definitely stay at this place again.

Beautiful resort with clean, well maintained rooms and views of the hills. The spa offers a variety of treatments, some of which we tried on our stay. The staff at the resort goes an extra length to make the guests comfortable.

The reason I am writing this review is because of the 5-star experience I had at Ooty at an incredible price that I got only on Thrillophilia. The stay was wonderful, the staff was also courteous and the view from my room is something I would want everyone to experience.

Sterling Ooty Elk Hill Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.
