Our stay at Sterling was as exciting as we had hoped. Firstly, the rooms were fantastic. Moreover, the resort arranged a number of activities for us as well, and we partook in quite a few of them, such as the sightseeing trip and the nature walk.

I had the most amazing experience with Thrillophilia and Sterling Atharva Jaipur. This place is so beautiful and peaceful that I never felt that I was staying at a resort. Due to Thrillophilia, I also enjoyed many additional inclusions in the package, such as meals, etc. The lawn and pool area of the resort are its highlights and a great place to relax. The staff was helpful too. Would love to stay here again.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.
