- The timings of the observatory are from 5:00 AM in the morning to 11:00 PM in the night.

The Starscapes Observatory is located next to the Hanuman Mandir on the Bhimtal – Naukuchiatal Main Road, the location is just 3km from the Bhimtal lake, and less than 1km from the Naukuchiatal Lake.

Know Before You Go for Starscapes Observatory, Bhimtal
- Meals are not included in the package.
- The activity is open for all age groups.
- Timings must be strictly followed, as the activity is strictly time constraint.
- Participants are not allowed to not carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc. in the observatory.
- Guidelines issued by the State-Government are to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and the use of masks are recommended.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
- Any breakage or damage of any items will be charged at actuals.
