- On Day 1 of the Sri Lanka and Maldives package, you will arrive at the Colombo Airport in Sri Lanka. There our representative will be waiting to receive you and take you to Kandy for the hotel for check-in. The rest of the day would be for you to spend at your leisure and you can choose to go on a personal sightseeing trip around Kandy. Recommended places and activities - the Kandy Temple Gem museum, Kandy art museum, Kandy lake etc. Also witness the cultural show in Kandy.
- On Day 2, you will set forth to Bentota - a coastal town in Sri Lanka. Upon arrival here, you will be taken to the Turtle Hatchery - it is the prime site for turtle nesting, which was opened by the local Wildlife Protection Society in 1981. You can feed baby turtles and also go on a safari to see how they are released back into the sea. This will be followed with a visit to the Buddha temple on kothDuwa Island.
- On Day 3, you will return to Colombo, get checked-into a hotel and then proceed with a full day sightseeing tour. You may choose to visit famous landmarks like - the Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, National Museum, Twin World Trade Center towers, Old Parliament Building, Fort district, Independence Hall at Independence Square etc. And also enjoy shopping at - Odel, House of Fashion, Beverly Street, Majestic City, Noritake, etc. In the evening, you will return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
- Day 4, you will board a flight from Colombo Airport to Malé in Maldives. Upon your arrival at the capital city of the island country, you will be received by our representative who will get you transferred to the resort for check-ins. Post that, the rest of the day would be for you to spend at your leisure. You may go around the local markets and areas to experience authentic Maldivian culture and lifestyle. Or spend relaxing time at the resort.
- Day 5, you will have breakfast with spectacular views of the island and lagoon. Then, make a personalized sightseeing itinerary as this would be a free day. Recommended places worth visiting - the Banana Reef, Grand Friday Mosque, Malé Friday Mosque, Sultan Park, the National Museum, the Hulhumale Island, Maafushi Island, Fulhadhoo Island etc.
- Day 6, you will have another free day at hand that you can use to spend at your own pace. After having breakfast you will head out on a personal adventure. You may choose to go on a second round of Maldives sightseeing or enjoy water-sports like - water-skiing, parasailing, speedboat rides, scuba-diving, snorkeling etc., and activities like - attending cultural performances, island hopping etc.
- On Day 7 of the Sri Lanka Maldives Package, you will complete the check-out formalities at the resort, after having breakfast. Then our representative will drive you to the airport in Malé for your journey onwards.
