Know Before You Go for Soma Palmshore

The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Usage of the swimming pool is strictly according to government guidelines.
Guidelines issued by the State-Government is to be followed. Social distancing to be maintained. Frequent hand sanitization and use of mask recommended.
Child in between 5-12 years will be charged and provided with an extra mattress in the room.
There are dustbins everywhere to dispose of garbage as the place is very strict about cleanliness and littering will be fined.
For a hygienic stay, the staff cleans the rooms and the common areas every day.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
Packages need to be paid in full to receive the confirmation voucher.

My stay at the Soma Plamshore Resort in Trivandrum will always be a memorable experience. You can even see the natural landscapes and sea from the rooms here. It is a true experience of living in the lap of nature. My deal from Thrillophilia also included a little bit of sightseeing, and complimentary breakfast here, which was quite decent.

We booked a standard room at Soma Palmshore with Thrillophilia. The rooms were very well maintained and came with great sea views. All COVID precautions were kept in place throughout our stay here, and all facilities sanitized on a regular basis.

Staying in a houseboat has always been on my bucket and thanks to Thrillophilia I got to cross it off. Our houseboat stay in Alleppey was just fantastic. The ambience was calm and peaceful. We also got treated to traditional delicacies prepared and served on the boat.

Soma Palmshore Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

No booking relocation/change of Resort will be entertained whatsoever.

The booking rescheduling requested in light of threat of covid-19, the travelers need to furnish a recent covid positive certificate/report, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Any booking rescheduling in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the rescheduling is subject to availability and the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the travelers.

Thrillophilia reserves the right to cancel a booking in event of unforeseen situation, covid threat and guests safety reasons.

Any booking cancellations in event of lockdown imposed by govt/local govt authorities/travel restrictions, the travelers may opt for alternate dates or refund.

If cancellation is made 30 days or more before the date of travel, 15.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel, 25.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

100.0% of total tour cost will have to be paid 0 days before the date of booking
