- There are 124 stairs to climb on the tour above the 10th floor. Visitors must be able to complete the full tour as there is no option for a partial tour.
- If you are late you may not be able to join the tour if it has left the Visitors Centre.
- Event is suitable for children 5 years old and above. Children aged 4 to 15 will be charged child ticket. People over 16 will be considered adults at the time of booking.
- All participants are required to show ID on arrival.
- All international participants will have to share passport and visa details on arrival.
