Overview

Rafting in Rishikesh is one of the nest adventures in the area and is one of the most adventure sports in the entire country. Experiencing a large footfall of adventure lovers throughout the year, this tour takes you to the most famous and grandest rafting camps in the region. With rafting as the primary source of adventure, the place's location gifts it with various other attractions like a waterfall and 3 grand beaches on the river. Other activities include Kayaking, cliff diving, canyoning, rappelling, and rock climbing. Enjoy rafting here for a good 2 days and enjoy the luxury of this camp
About the Activity:

  • Arrive at the camp and get shown to the camps. Take the day to settle in and acclimatize. You can choose to indulge in the other activities of the camps, as mentioned above
  • The next day, you will begin your rafting expedition, as you take on to the biggest rapid of this section of the river, The Wall
  • After this, you will be taken to the next section of your rafting experience which would take you to the rapids named ‘Three Blind Mice', ‘Body Surfing', ‘CrossFire' & the ‘Camp rapid'
  • You would then be taken to change and escorted to your for the end of your experience

Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival at camp in Rishikesh

    Arrive at the designated point and check into your camps

    You will be going through a short briefing session about the details of rafting and an orientation with the staff

    The rest of the day is for you to settle in and enjoy other activities at the camp

  • Day 2 - Rafting Day | Return

    After Breakfast this morning, you start from the camp for your rafting experience on the biggest rapid of the section, "The Wall"

    Post this, you will be continuing onto the second phase of the rafting where you will be taming the rapids named Three Blind Mice', ‘Body Surfing', ‘Cross Fire' & the ‘Camp rapid'

    At the end, you will be taken to an appropriate place for changing your wet clothes before you set on your return journey as the end of your trip

  • In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

    This trip was one of the most memorable trips of my life. I loved the rafting most. It was my first time rafting and I was a little nervous. But my guide who had years of experience took great care in calming my nerves before the trip. He explained all the rules and guidelines and made me feel comfortable about the trip. Finally, I added rafting in Rishikesh to my list of adventures. Great tour and highly recommended.

    Rishikesh rafting and camping is a great trip to enjoy with friends and family. Here are the pros and cons of booking this trip: -Thrillophilia does nice arrangements-everything from camp to rafting was nicely arranged -The food served to us was also delicious -Our guide was very helpful and also kept us entertained with his trekking stories. Cons- -the driver pickup was a liitle late and we had to wait for like an hour to reach our campsite -the cleanliness of washrooms is one thing that can be improved. Great trip overall. Really enjoyed.

    Highly recommended tour package as my friends went on this trip last year. I was not sure it would be so good but actually it was. Rishikesh rafting and camping is a wonderful trip if you want a good adventure with family and friends. Great work by Thrillophilia team.

    I was too excited to go on this trip and I can say it a best value for money tour which you can find on the internet. Camping was good but the best part about the trip was rafting. It was my second time rafting in Rishikesh but I liked it every bit.

    Camping in Rishikesh under the stars is a memory that is stuck in my brain forever. I took many pictures of Rishikesh as it so beautiful place. Felt like never coming back home. Was a great experience camping and trekking.Good trip with all the nice facilities that we enjoyed in Rishikesh.
