Activity insights:

Teams are divided into smaller groups using ice-breakers. These new teams are made in such a way that team members group with people they are not very familiar with, thus establishing new relationships. Each team will then be tasked with building fully functional rafts. That’s not all, they will also have to complete a race in competition with other teams, making the finale of the event.

How it is done?

Each team is given a set of basic raw materials with which they are expected to build a raft. While these materials seem sparse, teams are encouraged to use their creative skills to finally build a raft that will take them towards success.

This fun, interactive game is designed for every team that needs coordination and shared effort. It is aimed at creating a cohesive bond among team members, while improving their leadership skills and creativity among a host of other management qualities. This game can only be conducted in an outdoor location, such that teams can compete in a real race in each of their own rafts.
