Overview

Activity Location - Chhoi, Jim Corbett National Park, Uttarakhand
Duration - 1 to 2 hours (including acclimatization, briefing, wait time and flight time)
Flight Time - Around 10 minutes (depending on wind direction and speed)

Powered Paragliding is operated using a paramotor trike - a three-wheeled machine with a paraglider. This flying type is considered to be the safest, cheapest and most convenient one. It also happens to be a relatively new and unique concept that attracts a lot of folks. Jim Corbett is an ideal location for this adventure activity given the varied terrain and forest cover.

After reaching the take off site, travelers will be greeted with a welcome drink. The flight, where a licensed pilot would be there along with to operate, would take you over the beautiful Corbett landscape, meadows and a river bed. Enjoy this spectacular sight. It is almost like experiencing a view from an open cockpit of an aeroplane. This activity is suitable for people above 5 years of age and weighing between 25 kg and 90 kg.

How To Reach?
One can easily reach Ramnagar, which is around 5 km away from Chhoi, by public or private transportation. From Ramnagar, cabs can be hired or else one may also choose private vehicles.
