Nainital is one of the most favorite holiday destinations in the country owing to its unmatched beauty. This stay experience in an old colonial building will become the epitome of stays in the lake city of Uttarakhand for you.

A house with the brush strokes of 100 years old Colonialist, this place offers comfort and peace from the bustling city. Located in Jeolikot, the holiday home lies at the meeting point of peace and beauty. Considered to be an all-season destination, the holiday home at an elevation of 1.219 m above sea level was once a rest house for Britishers passing by, and was also used by the first owner for fruit culture and dairy farming.

The property has 3 living spaces: Family Suite, Premium Family Suite, and Premium Family Room

Activity:
As you arrive at the holiday home, you are pretty much free to do what you like and explore on your own. The property has a number of great things to do and has a breathtaking view to enjoy.
You can avail of additional activities available near the holiday home like Nature or Village Trail, Paragliding, Kayaking, and ATV Ride. There are also additional facilities to avail like picnic setup and bonfire.

    We were a family of four and booked the Family Suite, which fit all of us quite well. The rooms were nice and clean too. For this kind of price, I don’t think that I have ever gotten to stay in a place that looked this good before and therefore I'm more than happy with how the trip went. The kids had a lot of fun activities and games to play, both indoor and outdoor, and the whole weekend went really well.

    It is a two day one night trip where I got to stay in an old colonial house. Th experience was so amazing.. we stayed in family suite and it was a packet of fun staying with my cousins and family. The food was nice but it could have been a little less spicy. Overall nice trip.
