Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Arrival at Guwahati

    Welcome onboard a traveller for a group transfer from the airport to the hotel.

    A representative will ensure your smooth transfer to the hotel.

    A team will assist you in checking in.

    Meet all members of the group in the evening following a tour briefing.

    You are free to take a tour of the famous Kamakhaya Temple.

    Overnight stay at the hotel in Guwahati.

  • Day 2 - Guwahati – Itanagar

    Enjoy delicious morning breakfast.

    Check out from hotel and proceed to Itanagar. Itanagar is the capital of the northeast Indian state of Arunachal Pradesh.

    Set in the foothills of the Himalayas, the city is home to medieval Ita Fort and Jawaharlal Nehru Museum, which exhibits textile and handicrafts.

    Reach Itanagar by evening.

  • Day 3 - Itanagar – Ziro

    Start your morning with a scrumptious breakfast.

    You will then leave the city to wander into the wild side of North East India.

    Pack your stuff together for the long and wild travel.

    Travel towards the Arunachal border where you will be heartily greeted by the beautiful Ranganadi Dam. The area is famous for having pine hills, mountain rice cultivation.

    Interact with the fascinating Apatani people, a non-nomadic tribe that is famous for their facial jewelry.

  • Day 4 - Ziro Sightseeing

    Start your day with a fulfilling breakfast.

    Embark on a tour of Ziro, the plateau which is located above 5500 ft and is surrounded by the mesmerizing Apatani Tribal houses on all sides.

    Take the day off from the drive and enjoy the tagin villages filled with local traditional houses.

    Visit the pine and the bamboo groves & 5000 years old cave temple & Kile Pakho.

  • Day 5 - Ziro – Majuli

    After having breakfast you will head towards Majuli, the fastest-eroding largest river island in the world.

    Leaving the greenery behind, you will drive along the Brahmaputra River before a point where you will confront the mighty river.

    The ride becomes interesting for you on reaching the bank of the river as you will load your bikes on a ferry to float to the other side.

    Hold your bike on the riverboat till you reach the banks.

    As you reach the Ghats, you will unload the bikes from the huge ferry.

    Enjoy a brief evening away from the urban chaos, at the natural oasis full of nature, wildlife and untouched villages.

    Overnight stay at Majuli.

  • Day 6 - Majuli Sightseeing

    Enjoy delicious morning breakfast.

    Embark on the local sightseeing tour of Majuli. Mostly inhabited by tribals, Majuli is better known as the cultural capital of Assam due to its unique and quite interesting culture.

    Explore Tengapania, Satras & Majuli masks to understand why Majuli, a medley of enthralling views of beautiful wooden boats, rustic countryside side, the lush green paddy fields, extended water body, and vibrant culture, is so popular among the tourists.

  • Day 7 - Majuli – Kaziranga

    Enjoy a sumptuous breakfast in the morning.

    Pack your stuff together for the next day on the long and wild drive. The comfort of the road will fade away soon.

    Enjoy the jungle safari when you reach Kaziranga.

    Witness the beauty of the versatile biodiversity of wildlife including the forests, wetlands, and grasslands; home to tigers, elephants, and one-horned rhinoceros.

  • Day 8 - Kaziranga – Guwahati

    Check into the hotel at Guwahati.

  • Guwahati Airport pick-up and drop will be done in group (In a coach or tempo traveler). Individual pick up or drop requests cannot be fulfilled.

  • Consult a physician before undertaking the tour. Carry basic medications and a first-aid kit during the tour.

  • It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 litres as you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the accommodation, etc. Additional bags would have to be charged INR 1000/- per kg.

  • Charges for rented gears are not covered in the package. The gears are available separately on rent. Contact the team to confirm the availability and to book the gears. The due rent should be cleared before the trip.

  • Give room to passers and follow all road and State rules strictly.

  • Do not park your bike anywhere on the way. Any damage occurred due to negligence will be borne by the rider.

  • Check your bikes properly before every day's ride and keep the tour guide informed of the same.

  • Do not consume alcohol or any other intoxicants during the rides.

  • Any fuel for the bikes, any charges for spares parts and damage caused to the bikes, etc. will be charged at extra.

  • Any charges for video cameras, still cameras, etc. will be an additional cost.

  • During a bike trip, in case the roads are blocked due to landslides or a reason that is beyond control, Thrillophilia will rearrange the itinerary for the travellers real-time, however, the cost of alternative accommodation will be borne by the customer as the hotels pre-booked execute their cancellation policies and are nonrefundable.

  • In case a rider leaves the bike in the middle of the trip, charges for re-transporting the bike to the destination will be borne by the rider.

  • While riding on a bike, it is advised to carry luggage in rucksacks/backpacks instead of trolleys or suitcases as they generally get damaged due to driving on tough terrains.

  • There will be a refundable security deposit per bike depending on the variant selected. Please ensure you pay that in advance and carry the receipt with you at all times to get a refund later.
