You can never be out of amazing places near Mumbai. There are so many of them. And one of the best of them is Khopoli.

Just 30 minutes away from Adlabs Imagica, this farm stay in Khopoli is designed to take you away from your everyday digital life and bring you closer to where we actually belong.  

Sitting quietly in the majestic Sahyadri valley and guarded by a perennial river, this property feels like real heaven in the monsoons. What makes this place even more wanting, is the acres of mango orchards surrounding the property, and the cottage themed stay. You will actually stay in huts in the middle of mangoland!

The property is home to 2 cottages. One 2-bedroom and one 3-bedroom. Both the cottages have a contemporary interior with rustic furniture and earthly vibes.

Play fun games, like Frisbee, snakes and ladders or just walk barefoot in the green moist grass. Take a tour of the mango orchards, and even pick some fresh mangoes when no one’s watching. Hire a bullock cart to scenic locations nearby such as the Padsare waterfalls or the Jatayu Ganpati temple. One can also trek up a jungle path to visit this ancient temple (roughly a 2 hour walk).

What more! Adlabs Imagica is just 30 minutes away. Adventurous souls can spend their day there and then come home to some delicious food. The place serves the well-known Kolhapuri cuisine, the hugely popular Malvani style cuisine, and the lesser known Bhusawal style cuisine (to be booked in advance).

Please Note: The home is in a rural area of Maharashtra, powered by MSEB. In case of disruption due to fluctuation, we have a genset. Since the genset burns out beyond 6 hours of usage, it will be turned off after every 2 hours for 30 minutes in order for it to be used throughout the day. 

Meals

All meals (Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner) are included in the tariff.

Fish and mutton preparations shall be charged extra, at actuals which is to be paid in cash to the caretaker onsite. Please inform in advance, to allow our caretaker to procure the same.

High-tea can also be availed by guests at an additional cost.
