• Adults (12 years and above): Adult ticket required. Includes full access to the attraction and dining experience.

• Observation Deck Access: Tickets can be used on the booking date or the next day. If redeeming on the same day as your meal, please visit before dining. Visiting the deck before lunch is recommended.
• Buffet Meal: Arrive at 360° Café 10 minutes early to keep your reserved seat. Seats cannot be pre-assigned; follow staff instructions.
• Children Under 3: Indicate the number of infants on the booking page. Additional seats only; food must be ordered separately. 360° Café may refuse seating if not informed.
• Confirmation SMS: Ensure your phone can receive SMS from Chinese carriers to redeem tickets.
