Know Before You Go for Kurinjal Peak Trek
- Exact pick-up location and time will be confirmed after the booking.
- Pick-up points and times for Friday night are as follows: Indiranagar (KFC Road) between 7 PM–8 PM, Domlur (Union Bank of India) between 8:20 PM–8:30 PM, Yeshwantpur (Metro Station) between 9:20 PM–9:30 PM, and Gorguntepalya (People Tree Hospitals) between 9:45 PM–9:55 PM. The bus will wait at each pick-up point for a maximum of 10 minutes.
- Jeep transfers will be provided only to the trek starting point.
- Meals included in Kurinjal peak trek package are: 2 Breakfast (Veg), 1 Lunch (Veg), 1 Dinner (Veg and Non-Veg)
- Tent allocations will be made based on gender, age, and any unforeseen circumstances upon arrival at the base location, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
- It is advised to bring a 30-40L backpack. Large suitcases or trolley bags must be stored in the vehicle or arranged at the guest’s expense.
- The Kurinjal Peak trek is rated easy to moderately difficult. A basic level of fitness is required, making it suitable for beginners and experienced trekkers alike.
- The minimum age for participating in the Kurinjal peak trek is 17 years.
- Consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited during the trek to ensure safety and a respectful environment for all participants.
- Non-AC buses will provide hassle-free transportation from Bangalore to the activity location. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and the bus type will depend on the overall group size.
- All necessary permits and entry fees for the Kurinjal peak trek are included.
- Guests are responsible for their valuables; Thrillophilia and its service providers are not liable for any loss or theft.
- The activity might be delayed or postponed due to weather conditions. In such a scenario, the next best possible time slot will be informed.
- Participants are not allowed to carry any sharp object, lighter, luggage bag, alcohol, knife, etc.
- Participants must pay attention to the guidelines given by the instructor before and after the Kurinjal trek.
- A professional trek leader will be available during the Kurinjal peak trek and will operate a group of 15-20 members.
- Any personal expenses or items of personal nature will not be included in the Kurinjal peak trek package. Any meals or transfers not mentioned in the itinerary are to be considered an exclusion in the deal.
- For safety purposes, Kurinjal peak trek is not recommended for women who are more than 3 months pregnant and have has had major surgery, or has a broken leg/arm, has chronic back or neck pains, etc.
- The instructor reserves the right to reject any participant deemed unfit to be a part of the Kurinjal peak trek .
- ID Proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and upon arrival. PAN Card will not be considered as a valid identity proof.
