An excellent place to stay Location is good, staff is friendly, and the vegetarian food is delicious. The rooms are really spacious, and we stayed in the Cottage rooms during the rainy season mainly to appreciate the scenery.

I had stayed at this hotel for some days during my solo trip to Ooty. And I had an excellent experience here. I had chosen the wooden cottage which was complete with the best views of the surrounding mountains and valleys. There were all amenities available, with running hot water, good food, etc. Thrillophilia also offered me a nice discount along with complimentary meals, which was nice.

Hotel Mayura Sudarshan Ooty Policies

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.

If the tariff on the dates to which the booking is rescheduled to is higher, the difference amount shall be payable by the traveler.

If the travelers request for rescheduling/relocation within 3 days or less, 100% of the booking amount shall be charged as rescheduling charge.

Nilgiri Mountain Railway
