Day 1 - Bangalore to Kodachadri Overnight Journey
- Get picked up in Bangalore on Friday from any one of the locations mentioned-

- Begin this adventurous overnight journey to Kodachadri Peak in a comfortable vehicle.
Day 2 - Begin the Trek
- Reach the campsite early in the morning and freshen up.
- Have your breakfast and start your hiking expedition to Kodachadri through the Kumble Village and Hidlumane Waterfalls.
- Continue your hike to the Kodachadri summit after having a filling lunch.
- Reach the mountain's peak and soak in stunning panoramic views of the surroundings.
- After dusk, make your way down to the campsite and enjoy a nice dinner.
Day 3 - Sightseeing and Return Back to Bangalore
- Get up early and freshen up and then visit the nearby villages and plantations.
- After breakfast, pack your belongings and leave the campsite.
- Start your journey to the Nagara Fort, also known as the Shivappa Naik Fort.
- Admire the stunning architecture of the fort and start your journey towards Bangalore.

Know Before You Go for Kodachadri Trek
- All participants must complete and e-sign the Trekking Acknowledgement & Terms Form, which will be shared via email immediately after booking. This step is a mandatory protocol to confirm you’ve read and agreed to our safety, logistics, and cancellation policies
- On-ground): Jeep transfers are available on-ground at an additional cost set by local vendors; pricing and availability may vary and are beyond Thrillophilia’s control.
- Thrillophilia reserves the right to modify the itinerary (e.g., Day 1 sightseeing ➔ Day 2 trek) without notice; meal plans, trek distance, and return windows remain unchanged.
- Non-AC bus with push-back seats; boarding is first-come, first-serve. Confirmed pickup timings will be shared 4–6 hours before departure.
- Expect simple Southern-style homestyle meals (vegetarian by default), with limited quantities.
- Thrillophilia or its operator holds no responsibility for changes, delays, or cancellations arising from official decisions by local authorities, forest departments, or governing bodies.
- Homestays: Shared rooms of 4–6 members, basic amenities , washrooms will be used on a shared/vacancy basis.
- Tent Stay: Pitched on homestay roof top with mattress (May be canceled by the trek lead in case of heavy rain or logistical reasons).
- Dietary restrictions or allergies must be informed 48 hours before departure.
- Complimentary jeep segments are offered, but Thrillophilia holds no liability for route changes, delays, or cancellations due to weather or road conditions.
- Jeep seating is open-air; rough terrain and exposure to elements are expected.
- Carry valid photo ID at all times; forest staff may deny entry for prohibited items or missing documentation (no refunds or alternates in such cases).
- Trek pace and descent timings are set by the guide based on terrain, weather, group fitness, and visibility.
- Bring your own protective gear (sturdy footwear, raincoat, hydration pack, energy snacks).
- Monsoon treks carry risks—slippery trails and leeches are common; follow guide instructions at all times.
- Expected return to Bangalore is between Sunday midnight and 5 AM; traffic, roadworks, or toll delays may extend this (no refunds for late arrivals).
- Loss, theft, or damage to personal items is solely the participant’s responsibility. Thrillophilia is not liable for unattended belongings at campsites or vehicles.
- After Departure: If the trek is canceled mid-journey (weather/official notice), an alternate Bhavikonda Trek will be arranged.
- Before Departure: If canceled prior to bus departure, you may choose another available trek on the same date, reschedule to a future date, or receive a full wallet refund.
