   The Gopen Toll Plaza is located at an approximate 30 minutes from Ipoh city centre and around 5 minutes of driving distance from the Gopeng town. To reach the Gopend Toll, you can take any taxi or e-hailing service.

3. What are the scheduled timings?

   There are two scheduled timings for Kandu caves exploration package- 9:00 am and 2:00 pm.
   
   Based on your selection of package, you have to report at the pickup point on either one of the two scheduled times.

   Kandu caves exploration is a group tour, where you can choose a package for two or more people. There are two package options, from which you can select on the basis of the time you want to visit the place- at 9:00 am or at 2 pm.

   To redeem your e-ticket, present your printed or mobile voucher at the meet up point. The voucher is valid only for the date and time specified.

   - Pregnant women and disabled individuals cannot join this tour
   - Liability Release Form must be signed and understood by the participant before the activity commences
   - Your finger nails and toes nails must be before joining the activity
   - Do not wear or bring any jewelry or valuable items along with you during the activity
   - Please be advised that the group size of this activity can go up to 100 people
