Know Before You Go for Hop on Hop off Las Vegas

All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival.
ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of arrival.
Children aged 0-2 years can join free of charge. Child Tickets are applicable for children aged 3-12 years. Adult Tickets are applicable for individuals aged 13+ years.
Buses operate daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The last departure for the hop-on hop-off tour is 5:20 PM from the American Eagle store at the MGM West Wing Lobby.
The Night Tour begins at 7:00 PM from LINQ Promenade/ High Roller Bus Loading Zone. If you're booked on the Night Tour, please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure to get the top deck seating.
The High Roller Observation Wheel ticket is redeemable between 2 PM and 5 PM.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 1 business hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation are made 1 days before the date of travel then 0.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 1 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
