Know Before You Go for Fun At PUNO Raipur

ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival. PAN card will not be considered as a valid address proof.
All foreign nationals must share their passport and visa details at the time of arrival and entry.
Avoid consuming heavy food or alcoholic beverages before and after the activity.
No sharp objects are allowed, such as belt buckles or clothing studs.
Visitors above 125 cm height will be considered as adult and below 125 cm height will be considered as child.
Visitors below 7 years will be considered kids while 7 years and above will be considered adults.
PUNO provides special grip socks that you need to buy from our counters which can be reused on your further visits.
You can store your belongings in the paid lockers.
Shoes should be kept in lockers.
You need to purchase reusable PUNO grip socks for trampoline jumping. (@Rs.80/pair)
There are changing rooms too for your convenience.
Carrying electronic devices is not recommended on the trampoline.
No jewelry is allowed on trampolines.
There are experts and supervisors to monitor and engage with children. But you can not drop off and leave your children of age below 12.
There is an outdoor waiting area but only for guardians.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

If cancellation is made 3 days or more before the date of travel, no cancellation fees will be charged.
If cancellation is made between 1 days to 3 days before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 1 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
