The place as well as the ambience here was good, with nice staff and services. My partner and I especially loved the pool and garden area of the resort and spent quite some time here, since we didn’t want to go out much. Our room had views of the pool and the atmosphere here was also serene and peaceful. Since we visited during the winter, we were able to enjoy a nice bonfire in the garden as well. We also got a great deal of help from the team at Thrillophilia, so special thanks to them.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

Refunds in the Thrillophilia wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Free booking rescheduling if requested prior 3 days or more before travelling date and the same is subjected to availability.
